How we handle your data

Mira runs your email and calendar for you. That means trusting us with your inbox, so here is exactly how we treat your data, in plain language. The formal version lives in our privacy policy.

What you are giving us access to.

When you delegate your mailbox and share your calendar, we can see what is in them, the same as a human assistant you add as a delegate. We only touch the accounts you grant, nothing else.

What we do with it.

We read, sort, draft, schedule, and flag the things that need you. AI helps us draft and triage, and a person reviews everything before it goes out. Nothing is sent, deleted, or booked without a human checking it first.

Where your data lives.

It stays in your Google and Slack. We do not copy your inbox out or store it somewhere else. What we keep is small: how you like things handled, samples of your writing voice, and the daily briefs we send you.

Do the AI tools learn from your email?

No. The providers we use run under terms that do not allow training on your data.

Who else can see it.

Only the people and services needed to run this, which we list in our privacy policy. We never sell your data or use it for advertising.

How it is secured.

Access lives in a password manager with two-factor authentication, limited to the people who need it.

You stay in control.

You can remove our access in one click from your Google settings, any time, with no notice. When you leave, we remove access and delete what we hold.
